I wish I had known...
This Erasmus year was very challenging for me intellectually. I learned a lot about my self and about others. I was able to widen my research interest and develop a research project. In June I won a three year scholarship to complete my study.

Friendly, dynamic and challenging university

Business Studies, 2016
Overall
After completing the Business Economics Undergraduate course I found it to be a very good foundation not only for the technical aspects of the business world but also for networking and communicating across cultures from around the world. The teachers are no doubt some of the best in the world and the university is very well established and organized. I couldn't have asked for a better study experience.

United Kingdom, Undergraduate
Economics, 2023
Overall
The university is a very interesting place to study. Many of the lecturers and students are from overseas, which is great, if you like travelling and getting to know other cultures! It is a big university, which means there are many clubs and societies and lots of ways to meet new people. However, sometimes this means the classes can be very big.

I wish I had known...
I went to go study abroad and the University of Glasgow gave me a great academic experience, but I found out that it was living abroad that took precedence and I would say make the best of it and try to get into the big music scene Glasgow has.

Anyone staying in Glasgow should take advantage of it and travel as much in Scotland as possible. There are many clubs that you can join that organise weekend trips. Check your accommodation before you pay for it and make sure it is the closest available to the campus. Take advantage of the Sports Facilities! Joining the gym is very cheap and there are plenty of different activities you can do. They are the ebst facilities I have ever seen in a campus.
