I did a program there in Luxembourg. Man it was awful experience, all that said before are true.
Shit man. Boring cold hood.

Horrible environment, including total scandal from senior management. Economist director did not manage to pull together a budget.

Personal comments

The main language of communication at university is French, but in clubs, bars,... mostly German is spoken. So it is beeter to know both languages.

Luxembourg is not a university city, there are quite few international students, so it's not problem to know everybody here.

Management by intimidation is the motto of staff. Horrible ethics, little expertise, losers trying to make a career.
