Because Finland is more expensive in Food and Nightlife and I used more the phone that at home. And less, because accomodation is not so expensive as in Buenos Aires and travelling is also expensive here.

finland is very different from every country and i totally recomend it.the landscape is amazing, the skys, the northernlights!!!!! people is very nice and they really make an effort for making us feel comfortable.

Final comments

different climate (almost no sun during winter, snow, ...) wonderful nature. So : go traveling nice people to meet (internationals and Finns) Don't expect learning too much (only if you're an idustrial design student)

Sometimes, it was difficult in shops to have the right thing I was looking for because not everybody can speak english. However, at university, english was the common language for me and the Finnish students or the teachers.

I was mostly speaking english because finnish is clearly difficult to learn. Local people are speaking english, so no problems to communicate. But if you could say something in finnish they will be happy.
