Accomodation office from my host school should cooperate with private landlords more efficiently and updated. Many houses that were let already were still on the vacancy list.

Final comments
Generally, before students start to go there, school will send you very information about trip and accomodation. If you want to stay in private appartment, you'd better go there two weeks ealier and book a guesthouse for temporary stay until you find a cheaper, nice located house. Donot take any house with gas, electricity bills excluded, because it is a huge money hole for you to fill!!!!
