University of Zagreb

Lectures are long and boring, with little interactivity. Seminars can be interesting, smaller classes offer a chance for discussions and debates. Professors rarely seem interested in anything but the lecture they are teaching, and are not open for broader discussions. Oral exams usually unfair, nothing you can do about it really. Lectures are not mandatory so more free time. Overall, you'll probably be fine.

As rated above it really is a great for study at least in my humble opinion. I love the location, the facilities, and the looks of the university I am getting along with all the people I meet and have good relationships as well!

Maybe some things changed in the meantime, but at my time spent at the University, there were many problems in implementation of a new programes. And of course there is a permanent state of very low investments in education and science that can be seen and felt in every aspects of education in Croatia-

Good mix of maths and informatics

I am very happy with my university experiences. I gained a lot of theoretical knowledge and got opportunities for internships and "learning while doing"

The university supplies students with good theoretical insight in engineering tasks and problems, but need to work on implementing more practical work.
