Life in vaxjo is pretty simple, it is not a big city, so maybe you will not find what you can find in stockolm or malmo. Anyway i think i had a good time there because being a little towns helps in knowing people around you and find very very good friends from all over the world.

Go! Life in Sweden is excellent. Växjö is in a great location that makes it easy to travel all over Sweden, the Nordic countries, and the rest of Europe. The university life is a lot of fun and the international atmosphere is excellent. Courses were interesting and I learned a lot beyond the subjects of study.

Take the opportunity to experience Sweden. There are many great places to see in Sweden. It is also very easy to travel all around Europe for quite cheap. You'll definitely have a great experience.

Open your own bank account and transfer a big amount in tthe beginning.. International fees cost a lot. Cook for yourself. Go by bike. Buy a second hand computer. Dont even think about sending parcels home. too expensive.

the best reccomandation that i can suggest to another exchange student that is not decided to leave for an erasmus oppotunity is......never have fear and be sure of his/hers capability.....and challenge by him/herselves by affording a new situation different and exciting from the one they usually and daily leave back home.

Lived in a coridor with 12 other student. Swedish and other exchange students. We shared two kitchen and a living room. Living room was always a place to discuss. Every person has its own bathroom. Buildings a bit old but the location on campus is top. Maybe a bit to expensive.
