House's are all over the town - most of them are in the worst area of Leeuwarden, where lives lots of people from Morocco and Turkey. That is one of the reason, why your bike is never safe if you leave it outside. House's doesn't have owens, which limited your choise of cooking. And price is quite high, because you pay almost 230 euro per person and there are always four or even more people living together..

There are different places all over the town, but favorite night spots are in the centre. If you are international student you have to go on Thursdays to Gloppen and there you will now where are the real parties..Also it is good to get some contact to other international students from other schools (NHL, CHN) because they have parties almost every week or weekend..
