Victoria University of Wellington (VUW)

I am outraged that Victoria University of Wellington has not yet banned the forced swim test, in which experimenters dose mice and rats with drugs and drop them into cylinders of water to watch how long they struggle. The modern scientific community – including huge pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Roche, AbbVie, and AstraZeneca – has moved past such barbaric tests. An educational facility such as Victoria University should be on the forefront of preparing students for the future of science, which lies in humane, animal-free research methods.

How can one call torture a study? It is Heartless and Lacks Humanity..If we are not Human, then whats the point? We may as well, all be survival of the fittest !! STOP TORTURING ANIMALS AND CALLING IT SCIENCE!!!!!!
