polish is impossible to learn in 6 months (unless of course you study, but that wasn't the reason to make erasmus...)

the diskoteque Hybryty is not to be missed. Ánd the Russian market is a worth visiting as well, and of course the theatre which prices cannot match a cinema ticket

You must see Krakow and Gdansk. Be carefull in public transports, don't try to get a "free lunch" Women are beautifull...

I took lessons of polish language at the university,we went on the trips organized by our polish friends and we had a lot of fun exploring the city nightlife:-).
