I would have wished to know that people valued gifts from Africa, I would have carried many, but I didn't know.

For those who want a quiet school life and really study, Williams is the place. it is quit rural and have a community touch. People in the community knew us before we reported, it was lovely to feel accepted.

Always take a trip to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. The summer School helped some of us to have that wonderful experience. Boulder City is beautiful and the Rockies are marvellous.

The CDE house accomodation was very good. it was an all comprising house where you do not need to go out especially in Winter. However, sharing a kitchen with male students was a problem. They did not want to keep the kitchen tidy. More often than not I ended up doing the clean up of the mess. otherwise i enjoyed every bit of my CDE life and shared experiences with my classmates. Sometimes too much of being together created gender clash, but we could handle it when it showed its face.
