Because I am not fluent in German, I had to take courses in English which consisted of 3 day conferences given by professors from abroad. Although it allowed plenty of time for partying and travelling, the quality of the teaching was very limited and quite inferior to that of the quality received at my home institution

Do not despair because of the registration process, it is stressful but international students get close to all their wishes fulfilled.
