I have studied both in Bucharest and Klagenfurt. There is no comparison between the two of them. In Bucharest you have old fashioned teaching methods based on theory alone. In Klagenfurt learning becomes interesting due to the modern approach and methodology

Depends on the faculty, in general, but here you get very little practical experience. A lot of theory and not even interesting at times. Professors that read slides instead of sharing actual knowledge and abilities connected to the working world.
