Traveling by public transport is very expensive in holland but good idea is to buy discount card which give you 40% of discount.

If sombedy would like to become familiar with the Dutch culture, Dronten is not the right place.
In my opinion you need to have on car. it is neccesary to avoid the expensive public transport, and you must traval a lot, if you want to enjoy yourself.

CAH in Dronten should be more prepared inlink with the dealing with the international students at the University level. More professional teachers and lecturers.
