It was good to live with people from many nationalities, and staying in a dormitory helped me to make friendship faster

There were two dorms during the summer session: I were in Valby and at start I was not so happy becouse it was far from center ( not that much anyway) then the fact of having bigger common rooms helped us to get closer

The apartments which CBS offers to exchange students are very comfortable and in the city center. These apartments are usually for a couple of exchange students from everywhere, that's why I chose this form and would choose it again!

Very good, although kind of expensive, but that's because of the high living standard in Denmark.
I ended up living in campus residence at a later stage. It is a great way of meeting and learning from other students.

My initial host family accommodation was not good but the student residence was great. However, accommodation is one of the biggest problems in Copenhagen especially for students.

Pourquoi?
Living in one of the University halls of residence is definately the best idea as you meet all the other exchange students. There are several in the city centre which are great. I lived in Valbygardsvej which is good fun but a longer cycle into the city! (10 minutes!)

You just have to fill in a form, and the school finds your housing according to your preferences. I would recommend to choose a shared appartment or a room in a students residence, so you can meet and live together with other students from many other countries!
