I do reccommend to make something like travel plan or "places i'd like to see" before comming 'cos afterwards there are so many opportunities also for things to do and places to see that one might get lost.

Rightnow room does not incluede a kitchen and it is very small. So, i prefer a room which incluedes bathroom/toillete and kitchen, it is not matter to live in an exchange room or an apartment

There are few nice pubs like Cardinals, Charlie's or Hooligans...good for meeting and having a beer or two. Best event is probably the music night that is organized throughout the whole France in all cities..The whole town is crowded with music domestic and international.

Before coming here you need to be sure whether or not arranged the accomodation. To find a new home is difficult in Chambery and it's expensive.

it's good to do shopping in low-cost supermarkets like aldi or Lidl...save money a little,..the quality of food is not that much different
