“Beaucoup de stages proposés”
anonymous
France, Other courses
Marketing and Sales Management, 2020
Overall

Housing
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
It was nice to live with others in a house, could get isolated otherwise. Living away from Campus gave more freedom and a welcome change of scenery. Independence without being lonely.

Personal comments
Campus residences varied but even the most basic was satisfactory. The university provided help finding accomodation if necessary through the CROUS office and the option to stay the year in residences was available.

If you speak good french, everything will be a lot easier than if you don´t; not only for courses but for relationships too.

During my experience abroad, I ...
(1) Never – (4) A lot
Became familiar with another culture
Met people from other countries
Experienced a change in life
Advanced my studies & career
Final comments
Going to study abroad is a big opportunity, don´t miss it! And even if people at the beginning are not very social, little by little new big friendships will appear. Don´t be scared, we all are before going abroad, but then it´s just incredible!
