IMBA-II Course

Business Studies, 2021
Overall
The ESLSCA has highly qualified professors who are best in their fields. The School doesn't hold any accreditation although it's courses has good rankings in the Europe specially the MBA and Brand and Luxury Management. The ROI is quite justified if you have French speaking skill and some years of experience which is of course expected by the course. I think, we should judge schools only by it's rankings but also with the internships and jobs opportunities that the school offers to its students.
Overall, its a good school also in accordance with the amount you invest in.

Thanks.

I wish I had known...
I didn't know that France is more bureaucratic than Italy! I had not taken some of my papers (insurance) with me.

Personal recommendation
The classes are excellent. The program is well-rounded. But the administration is sometimes slow (I had to wait a week for my student card).

Final comments
I think Paris is a great place to be for a student. You learn from the city as much as the courses. ESLSCA is at the center, so this helps. It is good to budget for some travel, short trips, in the serounding towns and regions such as Normandie or to go to Amsterdam for weekend. It is also good to go to trade fairs in Paris. Some of them are unique and offer a good learning experience.

Housing
Type of housing: With a family
Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
Living with a family had a lot of benefits but these came with certain constraints. It is better to be by yourself in a city like Paris!

Visites et compte rendu : Cosmétagora, arts décoratifs, Sèvres, Première Class, Who’s next
J'ai trouvé une vocation bien plus que des professeurs se sont des mentors qui transmettent généreusement leur connaissances.

I chose the MBA prgram because it was in English. All professors were English mother tongue, so this was good. But I found it difficult to practice and improve my French.
