I spent more for calls than at home because communication costs in Spain are higher than in Germany, in particular in short calls (> 1min). Regarding housing costs San Sebastián is one of the most expensive cities in Spain but it's easy to find a place.

I have spend more money because in the Netherlands I live with my parents, so I don't have many expences. In Spain I lived on my own so naturally I had more expences. I also went out more.

Telephone: I call my parents and boyfriend once a week, that costs a lot. Accomodation: In the Netherlands I lived with my parents. Especially, if you want to see something of the country, you should save something before you go. It is not nice when you constantly have to pay attention for your money. A good insurrance is also very important.
