medical system: I had some trouble there and it was not easy to find someone who could understand it !

Although Estonian is the official language, everybody speeks English fluently. So there are no problems to interact with other students or persons.

is plenty to do. wether u want to travel (estonia, finland, russia, sweden,....) or just stay in tallinn. do not take to personal the behaviour of local people
