Although Estonian is the official language, everybody speeks English fluently. So there are no problems to interact with other students or persons.

it as a very nice experience for me to have roomates with different nationality. I learn a lot in language as well as communication cross culture.

is plenty to do. wether u want to travel (estonia, finland, russia, sweden,....) or just stay in tallinn. do not take to personal the behaviour of local people
