Course recommendations
They were extremely basic. In some instances, teaching was very poor. Academic scrutiny did not exist, with many students flagrantly cheating. This occurred in written work, and in exam situations, and was done by both International and local students.

In Tallinn what I liked most were the little bars,cafe in the old town.This places had a really amazing atmosphere.
