Before leaving to Germany, I did not have many problems with the German language, therefore I was at ease during my academic year. Also, since I worked during 3 consecutive summers in German-speaking countries, I was able to raise my level of German.

Although it was great to have so many other erasmus students, it was difficult because certain people wished to speak english all the time. Also i started to speak german with a spanish accent after a while. but it is hard to get to know locals.

At the beginning it was pretty difficult, but with english helped. But the best is to try to speak German from the beginning

It was initially difficult, but once I got the hang of things, much better. Overall the instructors were understanding.
