Final comments
If you want to travel by train, get a card from the station where you can travel for less money because you are a student. This way it is less expensive to travel.

there is no housing offered. I wished there was. Once someone broke into the flat I rented and stole my money. very dissapointed... :(

A very nice place to go is café metteko, the citycafé. It is a very relaxing place to be with happy music. Sint Geris is also a very cool hotspot with different cafes

Belgium is speaking 2 different languages and it´s a little bit hard to learn a language. Because sometimes you meet a person who speaks only French but no English.
