It was incredibly cheap, well located and with a lot of space, because it was a new opening residence with low demand. Next year prices will be much higher.

the rooms organised by the university were terribly, I can only reccomend to look for one alone. It is more effort, but worth it.

It could be better if they would make contracts for less than 12 months.It would be more convenient for just one semester students.
