L'IESEG est un établissement très formateur, 7ème au classement générale des écoles de commerce Française. Très impliqué à l'international, l'IESEG dispense ses cours entièrement en Anglais, ce qui permet aux étudiants de maitriser parfaitement la langue à la sortie de l'école.

Selon moi, IESEG est une école qui se démarque des autres.
En effet, celle-ci propose des séminaires ("gestion d'émotions", "affirmation de soi", etc.) ou encore des cours de théâtres en plus des cours magistraux. Le but étant d'apporter tous les atouts nécessaires à ses élèves pour affronter le monde monde professionnel et s'y épanouir.

L'espace carrières

IESEG oblige ses étudiants à réaliser des stages chaque année.
De plus, pour aider ces derniers, IESEG propose un intranet : "Career Center" qui permet aux étudiants de trouver des stages grâce à leurs partenariats. IESEG rend également disponible un excel avec les contacts des élèves et l'entreprise où ces derniers ont réalisé leur stage pour pouvoir échanger et partager leurs réseaux. La réalisation de stage à l'étranger est également possible.

I didn't own a cell phone while on exchange, so I didn't spend on that. I shared a room, so that worked out a lot cheaper than it would've been otherwise. Nightlife, you walk everywhere so no need for taxis, and there's never any cover which is a plus. And I took the opportunity to travel more often that I do at home, and that was expensive considering I was working in Cdn dollars.

As relevant courses, I study International Relationship Management & Communication, Practical Negotiation Skills and Organization & Management. Since the first year, I follow the all-english curriculum and other general courses such as Marketing, Economics and Entrepreneurship. IESEG has been ranked #26 Master in Management worldwide by the Financial Times in 2022.

L'espace carrières

My school has built a network with partner companies and universities worldwide. Therefore, IESEG often organizes conferences for students in order for them to directly meet companies and interact with them.

Pourquoi?

I would definitely go with living on campus in residence. I had a great time, I became friends with lots of other international students as well as some French students.

I stayed at the Valentine Charrondière and it was the best residence ever! Although you have to share a kitchen and breakfast room with 100 other residents, the atmosphere is very warm and fun. Also, it's located in a very central area, close to IESEG as well as other schools.

The best part is the campus life and the dedicated teachers who are committed to teaching and research. However, the school is too ambitious in delivering results which sometimes becomes impossible due to the constraints.
