Je ne suis pas scolarisé à l'institut National Polytechnique de Lorraine mais à l'école d'Ingénieur CESI à Nancy. C'est une école qui propose un cycle préparatoire intégré puis un cycle ingénieur afin d'obtenir le diplôme. Pour ma part je suis en filière généraliste mais l'école propose aussi d'autres filières comme l'informatique ou le BTP par exemple.

Au sein de l'école CESI nous devons effectuer des stages chaque année scolaire sauf en 1ère année. J'ai déjà donc eu la chance d'effectuer deux stages différents en France; chez Knauf Insulation et Omexom. En 4ème année nous devons réaliser un stage à l'international, ce qui est mon cas pour l'année qui arrive en septembre. Je suis donc actuellement à la recherche d'un stage à l'international.

Overall
The school offers a lot of tools for internship research ( job boards, online tools, contacts,...). I personally think they don't really help for internship research (abroad or in France). For all the internship I did I had to find it by myself. However, we do receive help and valuable advice for CV writing and interviews. Very grateful for that!
The Courses change frequently throughout the semester, I had to take classes from two years of instruction and, since the schedule changed every week, I often had troubles with overlapping courses. The teachers understand the problem though so it never posed any huge problems. No Homework, and you only grade is very often based off a 45 min test at the end of the semester.

Very interesting internship for my training. Work in food production and packaging. People are very nice and welcoming. Good team cohesion. Great experience.
