wealthy food (veg and fruit) is very expensive..Generally Ireland is more expensive than Italy but not that much compared to Milan.

Housing was more expensive than housing in my home town (I paid for ine month about 345€, instead for a housing at home I usually spend for one month 200€). Also the travel was more expensive (train and bus tickets).

Because everything is more expensive. Count an average +20%. Renting cars is OK in price (40/day), petrol is cheaper.

In Ireland you pay more tax for cigaretts, alcohol etc. The food is more expensive! But clothes are very cheap.
