The degree in JOINT PROGRAM in Creativity and Business Innovation integrates several areas of knowledge that, as a whole, provide the knowledge and skills necessary for the development of professional activities in different human, organizational and social contexts. Its objectives include: Developing and implementing creative ideas that ensure continuous personal development and the preparation / launch of new business initiatives; Create and implement business ideas and solutions within the new product research and development department; Development of new business models in national and international companies, based on the application of creativity and innovation techniques; Analyze, evaluate and apply new models and techniques of innovation to operations and organizational processes; Understand, combine and develop new knowledge in the social, human and scientific field.

Instituto Politécnico do Porto (Polytechnic Institute of Porto) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the medium city of Porto. It offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees in several areas of study. This  higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on students' past academic record and grades. The admission rate range is 50-60% making this Portuguese higher education organization a averagely selective institution.  P.PORTO also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, housing, sports facilities, financial aids and/or scholarships, study abroad and exchange programs, as well as administrative services.

Studying at ISEP which is the engineering faculty of IPP, my experience here for my Masters degree has been a fascinating experience. The courses are well updated and students get a good exposure. While academically its taken care of, IPP also provides opportunities to students to develop their soft skills which helps in personal development.

In this master's degree, we studied culture and its application in business environments and the importance of culture in entrepreneurship and in international markets. It was good to learn more about culture from different countries, the importance of organizational culture in companies, and how to use culture to develop business and use it in your favor when working or closing deals with people from different cultural backgrounds. 
We studied also how cultural diversity helps to boost creativity and entrepreneurship.

Experiências vivenciada cuja percepção tornou a estadia muito gratificante, com pessoas maravilhosas, seja em generosidade e competências. Venho de 17 anos de serviços públicos do Brasil na área de perícia medico legal, com um período de adaptação e reingresso no mercado de trabalho, através do estudo no Mestrado integrado de qualidade, ambiente e segurança da Politécnica do Porto - Campus Felgueiras. Busco apreender outros idiomas (inglês e outros)  e aprimorar conhecimento técnicos.

It is a national reference as far as business sciences are concerned, namely through the courses of Enterprise Simulation (ES) which, besides exempting students from the internship required to access the Chamber of Chartered Accountants, aims to provide a demanding, complex, universal and technologically advanced business environment.
