If you know spanish try to take regular classes. The International Courses are very basic and you will not have much interaction with local students.
Be prepared to be very busy with your courses because you will have to turn in many assignments every week.

All my profesiors are more than qualified for the job and something interesting is that many of them have other jobs outside teaching university courses so they have endless experience of the "outside world"-
