Final comments
Distances in Finland are big, so a car is usefull. However public transport is well arranged. Kajaani is a small student town with few pubs, social life depends on yourself and fellow students. If you love nature this place is perfect.

I have heard a lot of stories about Finnish education. It is considered as one of the strongest educational systems in the world. Kajaani University of applied sciences equips every student with NECESSARY information which based on real life situations. Teachers are experienced in the fields that they teach. It allows students to receive only actual information which they successfully enter into the working life. Moreover, there are a lot of opportunities to do the practice on the courses. For instance, the first year students are invited to Student Union, where they participate in creating events, organising them and promoting.

it's very cold over there, so bring a lot of clothes with you!

My academic English developed a lot and also my every-day English improved very well. Now I feel very comfortable expressing myself in English. I prefer to talk English instead of my mother tongue.
