I really liked the way the program was run, specially because we had a wide selection of courses ranging from human resources to accountancy, it did not matter your area of interest because there were always interesting courses to be taken. I also liked that the lectures were more practical that theoretical and the facilitators talked about their own experiences. The only problem I found was that sometimes the lectures were too basic, there should have been different levels, because for people like me that I already had financial background some of the lectures were boring.

As I already wrote i would establish different levels for the lectures, specially in the kind of program i took part, because there were people with financial background and others that didn´t.
