bad public infrastructure (bus, rail,...) - best if you take your car with you!!! Otherwise travelling very annoying and almost impossible.

The level of education sucks. But to some people, that may also be an advantage.

LYIT is crap, but the location is very nice. You don't have to study anything, so you can go fishing and swimming in the sea (IF the weather is good -- ahem)
