I have been part of the Service Fulfilment team and have had the opportunity to perform data analytics using Power Bi and programming in R, Business Analysis in multiple projects supporting various Senior Business Analysts and get a holistic view of different systems used in telecommunications such as DOCSIS technology.

The course was for 10 months and blended learning. It was a mixture of classroom once per month, distance learning and online preparation for assignments. Tutor was brilliant and full of knowledge of learning and development and coaching practice.
The workbooklets and text book had lots of information in it that you can still refer to, today.
