“My dream faculty”
Martin J
Slovakia, Graduate
Law, 2019
Overall
My whole experience in studying abroad in Czech Republic is very positive. The university itself is functioning on a very high level, all of the courses offered by Faculty of Law were of a very high quality. Studies gave me lots of new friends, but more importantly, very good basics for my future in my field of study, law.

The university offers variety of different programs depending on the student's preferences. It also allows students to combine fields of study.
Faculty of economics organizes many discussion forums or lectures with important guests both from public and private sector.

Apart from obvious ways to get the internship (via erasmus etc.), university has several partners for example banks, insurance companies and such, which are usually offering internships in their firms. There also is a possibility to get an internship directly at university.

“Good campus and equipment with mediocre teaching and scientific standards”
Sorin T
Romania, Masters
, 2023
Overall
Speaking only for the PhD level courses, they are decent, not excellent by any means. Considering I didn't have to pay for them, that's OK. The problem comes with the PhD schools themselves. They run long and tiresome, because their administrators lack experience and are disorganized. You get access to near-top of the line scientific equipment which gives you a shot to do great research, but only if you have a boss that prioritizes your growth you should stay. If you have a boss whose PhD's stay forever, leave as soon as you can and try somewhere else, for your peace of mind. Even starting another PhD somewhere else will be faster than finishing here.

Careers
The institute level (CEITEC) career support is fairly decent, in that they give you plenty of trainings. The bad side is low integration into the industrial sector. You only get basically the option to do postdocs.
