I wish I had known...

I wish I knew how boring and intolerant the entire campus was before I came here. I spent the majority of my time studying for classes that were not very good and catching up on my reading. Middlebury students are not very intelligent and they are very intolerant of other cultures. If you are not rich and from their culture, you will not make any friends at all.

In my opinion:

Stay home.

I would hire serious professors who cared about their job. I would offer less reading assignments and more class discussion. The professors and students are intolerant of other cultures.

Yes. Middlebury is a very expensive school and intolerant of talented students from lower class backgrounds. Middlebury is a school for the rich and intolerant.

The students are intolerant. Conversation on any meaningful level is impossible with them because they are intolerant of other cultures. They only want to talk about themselves, and make jokes about people from other cultures.
