Norwegians generally speak English so it is a bit difficult trying Norwegian when they recognise that you are a foreigner

I mainly spoke in English and the courses were in that language too. I felt very confortable both speaking and writing.

Everyone in Norway speaks perfect English, so there's no problem if you don't know Norwegian before you get there.

The school provided a basic course in the local language to all exchange students, and it was quite good. Suggest everyone who comes to NHH should go for these classes.
