“Poor Communication and Lack of Support for Student”
Susie S
United States, Undergraduate
, 2023
Overall
I am a parent. Due to a technical error my son was not allowed to apply to the program even though the deadline had not passed. I appealed to the administrator multiple times and even asked to file and appeal, and only received on email back with barely a message just saying no you can't apply. My son is a A student from an affiliated Jesuit university and Nanzan Japanese program was unprofessional and inconsiderate. I DO NOT recommend them. They do not appear to care about students.
