Because I'm satisfied with what I have now, & if I want to move out, I'd still prefer to have an appartment maybe closer to campus. Other options do not appeal to me.

all the other options weren't as good and i love the idea of having full responsability in my own house.

I have never been tou the university housing but i hear the rooms are very small and there is no kitchen. I can't imagine that.

The first semester, while I was at the student's residence, was terrible...then I found an appartment!
