In Norway everything is extremely expensive and clearly more expensive than in Switzerland. An exception was the surprisingly competitive telecommunication industry. Mobile phones were cheap and the telecommunication services good. The student residents are reasonably priced.

Anker is a housing for all the foreigners mainly who apply for residence permit in Norway, so it tends to be not such a quite nice neighbourhood. Plus I would have expected a little more from the facilities for the price. But it is very close to school and the city which is nice.

concerning travelling: the earlier, the cheaper; in general travelling is not that expensive in Norway amazing countryside, friendly and helpful people
