In Oulu togo out we have: Onnela; Karle; Cabaret; Amarillo; 45 special; Heavimesta and another tipes of bars!!! The best café: ?? i dindt like the finnish coffe but in Oulu have a lot of cafe places in the city center. One of the events to go is the Vappu
