The prices were what i was expecting except for fish and meat. Don't be afraid of a good promotion, and try to compare diferent places before you stick to one.

Some things, particularly food (at least food that I like) and alcohol are more expensive here than in the UK. The housing, however, was far cheaper... probably half of what I was paying at home, so it evened out.

My computer broke 3 days after arriving and I had to buy a new one. I would advise others to insure their goods as well as themselves - it could have saved me hundreds of pounds/euros!

Nightlife less, because it's too expensive, so I do not visit pubs in Finland etc. My nightlive consist mainly from chating with my friend at cup of tee in the domitory.

- do shopping in Prisma or Lidl
- eat in school restaurants, take a lot of bread for snacks :)
- do not drink coffee during breaks
- do not go to city so often, if so, enjoy nightlife during Happy hour

make home brewed wine and drink before you go out instead of spending so much in bars. and check second hand shops when you need something. there are loads of them.
