Évaluation globaleDer Fachbereich 09 Germanistik und Kunstwissenschaften der Philipps Universität Marburg ist dank seines Renommees sowohl in Lehre als auch in Forschung international sehr gut verankert. Durch internationale Kooperationen und zahlreiche Forschungsprojekte ist er in ein breites Wissenschaftsnetzwerk eingebunden. Mehr als 40 Prozent aller nach Marburg kommenden Austauschstudierenden studieren am Fachbereich Germanistik und Kunstwissenschaften. Die internationale Prägung unseres Fachbereichs spiegelt sich auch in seiner Studierendenschaft wieder: knapp 17 Prozent der Studierenden des Fachbereichs kommen aus dem Ausland.

Try to learn the language as good as you can before you come here, cause there are really only a few people that speak english fluently.

Enjoy Marburg!! It is a very small city, so that you always see somebody you know on the street :) The University has 20000 students and there is always something to do.. The food is really cheap in Marburg so do not forget to eat Doner in Bereket und Auflauf in Paprika! They are delicious.

It takes 50 minutes to travel to Frankfurt and with your university ticket you can travel free in Hessen. Visit Heidelberg!! This is a beatiful university city.

It's very easy to travel for cheap all over the country, with the week-end ticket. 28 euros for 5 persons for any destination.
Very easy to have fun there. A genial ambiance .You really enjouy your student life. You will to control your self if you want to study .
