Studying at Politecnico di Torino in the 90th was a great choice and delighting experience! I had chance to learn and acquire the necessary knowledge and propedeutical insights into the engineering fialds (electronics and optics in particular, but not only) which opened me the way to the career and the professional future

Il metodo politecnico è fin troppo teorico e non ti permette di pensare troppo fuori dagli schemi. La metodologia insegnata risulta comunque un ottimo strumento quando si lavora ad un progetto ma è anche molto limitante nella sua semplicità

“Studying at Politecnico”
Ottavio M
Italie, Master
Sciences des Matériaux, 2021
Évaluation globale
The experience at the Politecnico was not entirely positive. Certainly, it is a prestigious university at national level, less at world level, which allows to have a very good preparation from a theoretical point of view and also to have experiences in a foreign country. But, unfortunately, the workshops that are carried out during the course of study are few and, in many cases, not very useful. there is also a problem related to the courses held during the three-year degree, since, in the case of materials engineering, some of them are not entirely relevant or, in any case, do not fully prepare for a possible master's degree. in the end, there isn't eough time during the study period to look for traineeships experience that could be useful for the students future.

“Ottima università!”

Évaluation globale
Il politecnico di Torino è una facoltà prestigiosa. Gli sbocchi lavorativi sono sicuri, pesa tuttavia una carriera a dir poco estenuante che richiede un allucinante dispendio di energie. A confronto con le altre università la didattica sembra essere "più teorica"

Points forts
Troppi pochi appelli in confronto alle altre università. Da rivedere l'organizzazione della didattica.

“High-level study experience”

Évaluation globale
I strongly admit that the professor's level is so high in our university, the courses are well-established (Except the new ones which are under try-error).
While the campus is a little bit small considering this huge amount of students and since it's open to students with all levels, sometimes it affects the quality of working in groups.

I got my BSc in mechanical engineering at the branch of Politechnico di Torino in Tashkent, but I have also eager to manage and control the processes and activities in industry, that's why I chose engineering and management courses here as my master's.
