Personal spending habits
The cost of living is lower in Chile than in Ireland for that reason food, accommodation and nightlife were cheaper. Telephone cost less because although I did telephone Ireland a few times, I mainly kept in contact through emails. Travel cost more beacaue there is so many amazing places to visit in South America and I simply would not be travelling that much in Ireland.

Overall
Al cambiarme de universidad en el año 2014, pude entrar a la PUC y entrar a estudiar agronomia, mi opinión es que es una buena escuela para estudiar esa carrera y que lo profesores que en ella imparten clases son de un alto nivel de conocimiento.

They have to main party street one is in Providencia and the other is near the river, foreginers mostly go to Providencia but I recommend a diet of both. Providencia is the high end one and by the river is the normal end, drinks and entrance vary according to what i just said. A dont miss is the street teather, it is randomly organized but you'l find it, and there are pleanty of theaters with good perfomances.

Housing
Type of housing: Student Residence (for any kind of student)
Arranged by: Home university
If returning, I would choose: Student residence
Why?
I liked it. Full of students from all around the world, great environment, good internet access, only problem was it was a bit far from the university but i would definitely recommend it.

You need to be fairly easy going as you are living with about 40 other people. Its like living in a hostel except your sharing the same space for a longer lenght of time. Also rent is charged at a "special" rate for foreigners try and bargain him(Andres, the manager of the place) down.

As the terms run from August-December, then March-June, make sure you make the most of that huge December-March summer holiday and travel all you can. Sports clubs are a great way of making local friends.
