It was a bit like living in a hostel for a year but you had your own bedroom. The best thing about the place was the people you met. They were from all over the world and there were some chileans also. Interesting place to live for a year.

the 18th of september, chile's independence day is interesting and fun. Must see is Torres del paine in Patagonia if you can only see one place then its totally worth it. Visit Pablo Neruda's houses(see any guide book).
