France is of course a French-speaking country, but in business schools, we only have courses in English in order to adapt to the international business environment. So did I. Thus at the first year, I hardly learned french, but the second year during my internship in a local french company, I kept learning french and I am still learning french now so that my french improve greatly that I can read, write, listen and speak. I will keep improving it, I love this language.

I definitely improved my French and refreshed my English skills. Unfortunately my French didn't improve as much as I wanted to. That's because we only had 1 1/2 hours French lessons a week and I usually spend my freetime with international students. On the other hand, I improved my English a lot. I used to live with 5 other students in an apartment and we spoke English with each other.

To study atbthis university was a real opportunity to practice and improve my language skills, first the teaching was in english, so I could speak and write english every day. So I did wth most of the foreign students, but I also parcticed french in my everyday situations, when being in town. With my mats I spoke german and with some of the foreign studens spanish. So the whole day I switched from one language to the other and this was a lot of fun. Of course sometimes it melted together but the good thing was if you didn´t knew a word in one language then you used another ine and most of the peole understood, at least at the universitiy.

i have tried my best to learn french, since i have never learned it before i arrived France. now i am the best among my friends from china and i can handle with the daily communication.i even took the TOEIC exam of French several days before... i devote myself to appreciating the different cultures here.i have made lots of foreign friends .in my opnion i gained a lot from talking to them. and for my PEI project( for the graduation here) i made some questionnaire research with the foreign students to get their opinion about the school, compared with their home university and received warm welcome.it is a remarkable experience of me!

It is pretty good since our language classes are free of charge and so far, we have been here for several months to learn French. All professors are responsible and I have made great progresses.
