My appartment was very closr to campus. It was not the most modern appartment, however, it was in decent condition.

Final comments

In January and February is very cold, be carefull with that. Try to travel at least to NY, DC, Philadelphia and Boston, they are very near. Talk with the professors ofLally school, the people is very friendly and they are waiting for people of other countries

buy a laptop in the US, dont drive too fast on the highway, international driving license.

nice people, escpecially at the marketing department, but overall there are a lot of nerds, geeks. It is primarily aimed at engineering, with a few management courses to follow.

Final comments

Make sure you dont stay on campus, its terrible small en way too expensive. Buy a car, all you want to do is far from where you stay. Go travel, Troy itself is not a place you want to be during your spare time.

It's a good school for studying and learning English. However, if you want to enjoy your life during your exchange or give yourself a break, choose another one, as the academic workload is too heavy.

Final comments

Bid the trip accommodation, it can save a lot of money. However, ask your agent for air ticket, as, sometimes, they can have better offers than those you get from internet.
