Évaluation globaleI'm an experienced IT professional from Ukraine who applied to RTU [MSc] "Telecommunication Technologies and Network Management".
Here is the official RTU response:
"PLEASE NOTE that we may only consider your application if you may provide proof that you are not in active military service at the moment!"
The most disgusting thing is that they know you have to reach out to the military service where you have a high chance of being recruited by that service.
I'm in Poland with my family now and with my mother who is a disabled person. I don't have such a stupid bureaucracy here, the rules are clear, same for all, and am very disappointed in our Latvia "friends" on behalf of RTU and their informal hidden rules...

The university is fine, but recently I have been doing worse in school. I do not know why EXACTLY, however, the teachers are quite dull and uninteresting. The environment just seems gray to me and I just do not enjoy it at all at the moment
