“Great university and lovely city”
Sirin S
Autriche, Licence
Droit International, 2024
Évaluation globale
I'm a second year International and European Law and although the start of my Bachelors was not great due to covid, the staff members of the University of Groningen managed to provide us with the best support they could provide. They helped us when it came to accommodations, how the city is structured, how to register at the municipality, and much more. The professors in my faculty are very helpful, always have an ear open and have great teaching skills. I really enjoy studying law, especially in the LLB programme, because it teaches us various fields like Comparative Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Administrative Law and Market Regulation and more. The way the programme is constructed enables us to find the perfect match and the sector best suitable for our interests.

Évaluation globale
My degree focuses on International business prepares us for a management position in an international environment. We work with students from all over the world and the entire program is taught in English. Our courses aim to give us a multicultural prospective, such as how to deal with different cultures for business relations. Also, International Business at my university is an internationally accredited programme, ensuring a high-quality education that meets both the AACSB and EQUIS standards, which only one percent of universities reach worldwide.

“Empowering creative and critical thinking”

Évaluation globale
The University of Groningen encourages students to think critically and to come up with their own ideas concerning the readings and lectures which promotes dynamic discussions and an inclusive method of teaching where students and professors share their knowledge and experience. Courses are fair and demanding since professors do their best to provide updated information and to cater to student's needs. Our opinion is taken into consideration and highly regarded through continuous course reviews and also during in-class feedback. Overall an excellent university that encourages students to be independent and creative thinkers.
