Personal comments
The apartment was quite good.It was a little bit expensive, but every was in Denmark. Other problem was that the apartments of the University were close to the campus and the campus is in an area where there are nothing more, so it was a little boring because there was no place to go out of the University. If you wanted to go out or something yo had to take the train

Denmark is expensive, I don't want to lie. Copenaghen is wonderful and so the rest of the country. Danes are quite cold but they can be surprisingly kind if you need any kind of help.

Overall
Roskilde University provides you with a great view into project oriented work and an interdisciplinary education you will not find anywhere else. The university educates you, so you are able to ask the right questions and be critical towards e.g. todays society and organizational structures.

Personal comments
In France student (citizens in general actually) receive monthly a certain amount of money from the State to pay the rent. There is no such help in Denmark. On the other hand Danish students receive a grant from the State whatever their social situation is, so they do not have any special help for their accomodation. Exchange students can not benefit from this grant while in France exchange student can receive the State help for accomodation.
