I wish I had known...
I recommend everybody to study abroad if they have the chance to. Meeting other people from other countries, with diferent cultures, different backgrounds teaches you many life-long lessons, gives you more self-confidence of who are you and understand other people's behaviours.

Personal recommendation
What you put is what you get. Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus Graduate School of Business is one of the top 4 MBAs in Europe and one of the best in the World. Is the most international MBA in the world, not having a predominant culture, where you can meet people from all over the world. Enjoy this experience, learn from the people, learn from the school and learn from your own personal search.

Final comments
Rotterdam is very well situated within Europe. If you take the Thalys train you can reach Paris in 3 hours, Antwerp in 1.5 hours, Brussels 2hours. Dussendorf in 2, etc. There are many discounts for students and you have KLM "clikc and go" with great offers.

Personal comments
No financial surprises. There many discounts (museums, transport, etc) for students but you have to ask for them, otherwise they would not tell you that you have the right for one

Overall
The campus is very nice and well located in Rotterdam, however there are never enough spots to study. I really don't understand given the thousands students coming to Rotterdam to study. Other than that, the courses (in my program) are very much focused on the mathematical side of business. It is interesting knowledge however there should be more attention given to some other 'qualitative' sides of business. Also the fact that we don't have any mandatory classes and only a few lectures once in a while does not promote any kind of 'cohesion' between students or 'proximity' with professors or TAs. Even if there are a lot of students, they should implement more classes, group projects, tasks...etc Just something to make it more like 'school' and less like a bunch of academics looking at statistics.

Pros
international, nice city, prestigious degree
Cons
too theoretical, only lectures, exams are never consistent with the content (as if they were trying to higher the standards but don't change anything in the course structures)

Perhaps visits to some companies, more visits from experienced businessmen showing the relationship between theory and real life

Course recommendations
The courses were in general good, the workload were allright. The business project was very heavy and a lot to do, so if You are looking for an "easy" semester, it is better to chose courses instead.
